Paediatrics & Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

For those who have a specific responsibility at work, at home or in voluntary and community activities to look after or deal with children then dedicated paediatric qualifications will be required.

Our paediatric and early years qualifications are designed specifically for dealing with infants and children.  In addition they meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework and Ofsted (where noted).

Remember, when assessing your first aid needs that you need to take into account any staff that you have working on site (teachers, nursery assistants etc.) and therefore may also need first aiders qualified in First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work.

Paediatric qualifications are also ideal for parents who wish to gain better first aid knowledge.
