The half day Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) qualification is based on the HSE training standard for delivery of Annual Refresher Courses for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and the requirement for First Aiders to Remain Competent.
The half day Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis is designed to provide the learner with a better understanding of the causes and treatment of Anaphylaxis. This qualification is for people who have a specific interest or a responsibility at work, at home or in voluntary and community activities, in being able to provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis when dealing with an emergency.
The content of this qualification is approved by the Anaphylaxis Campaign.
The one day Level 2 Award in First Aid Essentials is designed to benefit Learners by enabling them to attain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with a range of first aid situations.
The Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support for Adults and Children (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed to equip candidates with the essential skills needed to administer safe, prompt and effective basic life support in an emergency situation.
This qualification is for people who have a specific responsibility to be able to safely administer and monitor the effects of emergency oxygen within their scope of practice.
This qualification outlines a range of knowledge and practical skills for providing emergency first aid in activities. Learners will practise assessing and managing an incident and demonstrate how to treat a variety of conditions from life threatening illnesses to minor injuries.
Three hour QA Level 2 Award in CitizenAID (RQF) for anyone who wishes to learn first aid techniques for use in the event of a shooting, stabbing, bombing or other deliberate incident.
Our Medical Gases course is a half day course designed to instruct the learner in the administration of Oxygen and Entonox along with Airway Management.
